The Gurdwara of Delhi
If there is one place not to be missed in New Delhi, it is the Bangla Sahib Gurdwara, a Sikh temple near Connaught Place Market. In the middle of lively hubbub and pollution of the city, this important place of Sikh religion is a haven of peace where countless pilgrims come to purify themselves. Whether we have religious beliefs or not, enter into this lively and cheerful sanctuary can not let indifferent because of the mystical and spiritual aura that emanates. This magic is even more active late in the day, at sunset. Near the temple, a hangar serves as giant kitchen where dozens of volunteers work tirelessly to prepare meals, graciously offered to all visitors.
