Expedition Chukotka (Siberia)
In the borders of Russia on the banks of the strait of Bering and in front of Alaska, Chukotka is an immense and wild territory populated with Russians, Tchouches, Even, Eskimo and Lamut. It is an unique mixture of modernism and tradition inherited from the native peoples. In full winter, the region offers the opportunity to some rare visitors to live a unique experience: share the life of the breeders of reindeers settled in the heart of high plateau. And to reach this end of the world there is only one way: the snowmobile. A real expedition opens an unprecedented territory to the rough and simple life. From Anadyr the modern, by way of the small villages congealed by the cold or the harbours taken by the ice, the landscapes and the meetings mark hearts and souls. A journey just unique "where the day begins"...
